ROOM REFINEMENT
It is my belief that every person deserves a home that makes them feel good! This package is for the busy homeowner who is looking for a home refresh without spending an arm and a leg. I give you the design and then you execute the vision on a timeline that meets your budget and busy life. This option ensures that you get a space you love at a price that you can feel good about.
The Process:
Let’s get to know each other! – You will fill out our intake form that covers questions ranging from your budget to images that make you feel good.
Meet! – We can get together in person or virtually. We will walk through the space and fill in any outstanding questions I might have about your wants and needs. We will discuss images you sent me in order to get a better understanding of what you love and what you are looking for. This is the time to show me pieces (furniture, artwork, rugs) that you already have for the space. This generally takes 2-3 hours.
The Design! – Give me 5-7 days and I will send you a mood board and floor plan with links to all the pieces. I will also provide you with a To Do list. The To Do list is your road map to executing the design.
Final Review – We will meet once all the samples are in to ensure that we are achieving all the design goals that we previously discussed
Shop and Style! – This is an add-on service. Once the room is ready, I am happy to come in and style the space for you with the items you already have in your home. We can also schedule time to go out shopping with you to purchase any additional accessories for the space. This adds that finishing touch to any space!

Trade Consulting
We are your partners in the design-build industry. We know it can be tough to bring someone on full-time. That's where we come in. We offer design and project management services to high-end builders and designers.
General Contractor Services:
Floorplan Changes - We have often found that once a project has started there are revisions that need to be made to better utilize the space. That's where we come in. Let us know your problem areas and we will provide a revised floorplan. Or, if you already have an adjustment in mind but need a revised drawing, we can do that too.
Elevations - You dictate the space and the general design scheme and we will send you 1-2 options
Finish and Lighting Selections – After understanding your vision for the house we provide finish options

Interior Designer Services
Floorplan and Elevations – We work with you to understand you vision for your client. We will provide you with detailed drawings stamped with your logo.
Design Boards – Have all your selections been pulled but don't have the time to get your presentation together.? Send them over with your design template and we will take care of it for you.
Install Day – These days can be a lot to handle on your own. Bring us in to help coordinate the big install. We can be there to meet the truck and get everything into its proper place.
